These terms govern your use of shopnorthgoods.com and purchases from North Goods LLC. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy. We accept your offer — and the contract forms — when we ship the order. If an item is mispriced or unavailable, we will contact you and refund any payment made for it. We may limit order quantities of heavily discounted items.
Pricing & payment
Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax unless shown. We accept major credit and debit cards at checkout. Your card is charged when your order is placed. Your card statement will show NORTH GOODS.
Shipping & risk
Delivery terms are in our shipping policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to your address. If a package is lost in transit, contact us — we make it right.
Returns
Our 30-day return policy is part of these terms and, where it conflicts with this section, the return policy controls.
Product information
We describe products and materials accurately, but colors vary by screen and natural materials vary by batch. Dimensions are nominal; small variances normal to manufacturing are not defects.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site: no scraping at volume, no interfering with its operation, no fraudulent orders or card testing. We may cancel orders and refuse service for abuse.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding and product photography are owned by North Goods LLC and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the item concerned. Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. We hope you'll email us first — nearly everything can be solved by support@shopnorthgoods.com — but disputes that can't be resolved amicably belong in the state or federal courts of Multnomah County, Oregon.
Changes
We may update these terms; the version in force is the one posted when you place your order.
