Head to our order tracking page with your order number (NG-123456) and the email you used at checkout. Orders ship within 24 hours on business days, and a tracking link arrives by email the moment your label is scanned. You can also track your order at shopnorthgoods.com/track-order.

In-stock orders placed before 2pm PT leave our Portland warehouse the same business day. Otherwise, within 24 hours Monday–Friday. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your label is created.

Standard shipping is 2–5 business days to the contiguous US via FedEx Ground or USPS. Orders over $75 ship free; smaller orders pay a flat $7.95.

You have 30 days from delivery to return anything for a full refund — used or unused, no restocking fees. Every return gets a free prepaid label, including change-of-mind returns. Refunds are issued within 1–2 business days of the return reaching our warehouse and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, email support@shopnorthgoods.com with your order number and we'll update or cancel it at no charge. Once a label is created, we can no longer modify it — but you can always refuse delivery or use the 30-day return window.

Currently we ship to all 50 US states, plus APO/FPO addresses. Canada and Mexico shipping is planned for 2027.

Hand wash warm, dry immediately, and rub with a drop of cooking oil if the surface looks dull. Never soak it or put it in the dishwasher. Our skillets arrive pre-seasoned and ready to cook.

Machine wash cold with like colors, tumble dry low, and remove promptly. Linen softens with every wash — fabric softener actually coats the flax fibers and slows that process, so skip it.

Every order can ship in plain gift packaging with the receipt omitted — check the gift box at checkout. Gift cards are available in any amount by emailing support.

Snap a photo, email it to support@shopnorthgoods.com with your order number, and we'll ship a replacement the same day — no need to return the damaged piece first.

Yes. Card details are transmitted over encrypted connections and processed by our PCI-compliant payment partners. We never store your full card number.
